INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Africa Heritage Voice, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: - Your use of the Platform - Your violation of this Agreement - Your violation of applicable laws - Your infringement of any intellectual property rights - Your user-generated content - Your conduct or interactions with other users 8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of South Africa. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 9. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if not possible, severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 16. WAIVER No waiver of any provision or breach of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by our authorized representative. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of that right.
